Terms of Service
These terms apply to Video Publisher, a private tool operated by Amazing Gains Limited ("we", "us") to publish videos to YouTube channels we manage for our clients ("you"). By connecting your YouTube channel to Video Publisher, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Video Publisher prepares video files and uploads them to your YouTube channel when you've asked us to. It is available only to our clients, by arrangement with us. It is not a public service.
2. YouTube's terms
Video Publisher uses the YouTube API Services. By using Video Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Your channel and your content
- You confirm that you own the YouTube channel you connect, or are authorized to manage it.
- You confirm that you have the rights to the videos, thumbnails and other material we upload for you, and that publishing them doesn't break the law, YouTube's rules or anyone else's rights.
- You remain responsible for your channel and its content. We act on your instructions about what to publish and when.
4. Acceptable use
You must not ask us to use Video Publisher to publish content that breaks YouTube's Community Guidelines or the law, or to get around YouTube's limits or policies.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Video Publisher accesses and how we handle it.
6. Availability
We work to keep Video Publisher running reliably. It depends on Google and YouTube, though, so we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Video Publisher, including lost revenue or views caused by YouTube outages or policy decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending access
You can disconnect your channel at any time from your Google Account's Third-party apps & services page, or by asking us. We may stop providing Video Publisher when our arrangement with you ends. In either case, we delete the information we hold as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell connected clients about significant changes.
